Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the backend system of the "Real Life Challenge" App, ensuring the stable operation of each functional module and handling abnormal situations and error reports in real time.
- Manage user accounts, permission settings and data classification, and configure appropriate backend operation permissions based on different roles (such as operations, customer service, content team).
- Monitor and analyze backend data indicators, including active user count, task completion rate, item usage distribution, and event participation heat, and regularly produce operational analysis reports.
- Collaborate with product and development teams, test the backend process before new features are launched, and verify interface logic, data synchronization mechanism, and API connectivity.
- Have at least 2 years of web or app backend management related experience, familiar with CMS, CRM or self-built operation backend operation logic and common problem handling process.
- Proficient in MySQL or PostgreSQL, etc., relational databases, able to write basic SELECT/UPDATE syntax for data query and validation, with basic SQL debugging ability.
- Have basic HTTP protocol concepts and RESTful API understanding, and be able to trace data transmission status through backend tools (such as Postman) or log files.
- Careful and meticulous, with good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to accurately understand and implement the backend operation needs proposed by the operation and product teams.
- Interested in gamified apps or interactive content platforms, and willing to actively understand the gameplay mechanism and user behavior patterns of "Real Life Challenge" to improve backend support quality.
