<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Maintain effective communication with customers and contractors, coordinate project requirements and arrangements at each stage.</li><li>Responsible for the early design work of mechanical and electrical engineering projects, including system planning, technical scheme formulation and preliminary design drawing drafting.</li><li>Assist in compiling the engineering materials list, cost estimation, and provide quotation support.</li><li>Track engineering execution progress, ensure project progress on schedule, and coordinate and solve technical or administrative problems that arise on site.</li><li>Responsible for the organization and submission of relevant documents after the completion of the project, including as-built drawings, test reports and acceptance documents, etc.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with solid professional theoretical foundations.</li><li>Have good writing and oral communication skills in Chinese, be able to clearly express technical content and smoothly coordinate with all parties.</li><li>Able to independently execute assigned tasks and report work progress and problems to the supervisor on time.</li><li>Applicants with a valid Hong Kong driving license will be given priority, and will occasionally need to inspect the construction site.</li><li>Proficient in using AutoCAD or MicroStation and other computer-aided design software for drawing plans is preferred.</li></ul><p>Educational requirements:</p><p>Advanced Diploma or above</p>
