Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant's front desk, including warmly receiving customers, guiding them to their seats, and flexibly adjusting the seats according to the business situation to ensure a smooth and efficient dining process.
- Collaborate with service teams to support operations, such as assisting in sorting the front desk area, replenishing promotional materials, verifying reservation lists, delivering simple documents, etc. general administrative support work.
- Observe customer dynamics and emotional responses in real-time, and immediately report to the supervisor to handle abnormal situations (such as complaints, delays, and special needs), and maintain the brand's professional image and service quality.
- Have at least one year of front desk, reception or customer service-related work experience in the food and beverage or service industry, familiar with the restaurant's operating rhythm and basic service standards.
- Have basic sales awareness and skills, be able to naturally integrate into the conversation and make friendly recommendations, not to push hard or be stiff, but to value customer experience and trust building.
- Fluent in Cantonese as the main communication language, and able to respond to customers of different backgrounds with standard Mandarin and basic English, with clear pronunciation and concise expression.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, strong service awareness, able to maintain patience and politeness during high traffic periods; value teamwork, and willing to support colleagues and share information.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and able to handle multiple parallel tasks (such as receiving electricity + leading positions + recording), and ensure accurate information, complete handover, and clean environment.
