Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality property management services to office buildings

• Handle administrative work, including data input, file archiving, and preparation of daily reports,

• Assist in executing the administrative work of the service office and other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above

• Two or more years of relevant work experience

• Preference will be given to those with a property management diploma

• Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills

• Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills are preferred

• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese text processing

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
