Job Title: Business Analyst – Life Insurance

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the development and implementation of insurance solutions that meet both business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Work closely with product owners, underwriters, and IT teams to develop functional specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis between current and target systems/processes.

• Support life insurance product development and policy lifecycle management.

• Prepare and execute test cases for UAT and support QA efforts.

• Assist in regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.

• Create process flows, business models, and wireframes as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.

• Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
