Responsible for daily customer service work, provide professional and thoughtful service answers, handle customer disputes and solve problems for customers in a timely manner<br>2. Provide support to the sales and marketing teams<br>3. Process customer reservations. Perform other assigned administrative duties<br>4. Analyze and process customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement<br>4. Inventory Management<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Secondary five level or above<br>2. 2 years of relevant work experience<br>3. Understand how to read, write Chinese and English reports and computer operations, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese and English typing (Cangjie/Simplified)<br>4. Understand B2B operations first<br>5. Speak fluent Cantonese, understand a little English and Mandarin<br>6.
