Core Responsibilities:

1. Company strategy and comprehensive management:

Develop and implement the company's long-term development strategy, annual business plan and financial budget, ensure the achievement of the company's goals.

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company, building and improving efficient business processes and management systems.

Responsible for the overall profitability of the company, monitor financial status, including cost control, revenue growth and profit margin.

2. Cross-border business expansion and resource integration:

Maintain and expand strategic cooperative relations with government agencies, chambers of commerce, science and technology parks (such as the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park and Cyberport), and investment promotion agencies of both sides.

3. Core business line management:

Supervise financial software agency sales business (U8, Kingdee, etc.), strategic planning and key large customer relationship maintenance.

Lead and participate in high-value cross-border business connectivity consulting projects, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Guide the design and delivery of cross-border commercial education consulting products, and participate as the chief instructor in high-end customer training.

4. Partner relationships and brand building:

Management and core strategic partners (such as Beijing Angel Investor Group) will deepen their cooperation to ensure resource sharing and smooth execution of projects.

Represent the company at important industry forums, seminars and media events, and enhance the company's brand influence in the cross-border business and technology services field.

Entry Requirements:

Education and qualifications: Master's degree or above, business administration, finance, etc. related professional qualifications are preferred; must hold an internationally recognized top accounting qualification (such as International Accountant FAIA, ACCA, etc.), and be proficient in international and Hong Kong financial reporting standards.

Business network: Have a deep and reliable business network and resources in the mainland, and be able to quickly connect Hong Kong customers with domestic market opportunities and partners.

Professional knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the business environment, tax and accounting regulations, and corporate governance of both places; those familiar with the mainstream financial software (such as Yonex and Kingdee) ecosystem are preferred.

Language skills: Fluent Mandarin and English are essential, those with Cantonese communication skills are preferred.

Personal qualities: Have excellent strategic vision, leadership, business negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication skills.
