Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investment and asset management teams to capture market trends, identify growth opportunities.

• Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, identify potential growth areas, and develop sales plans,

• Enhance and promote risk awareness to ensure compliance and maximize customer benefits.

• Provide financial concepts to customers, requiring excellent communication skills.

• Responsible for forecasting and budget management, ensuring performance tracking and pipeline discipline.

• Implement customer segmentation strategy, cross-border projects, voluntary compliance plan, and small account compliance project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related sciences; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• Have 5 to 15 years of investment banking or large Hong Kong bank work experience.

• Have sales and lead the RM team to achieve sales targets.

• Have HNW management experience, familiar with insurance, banking and family office operations and needs.

• Skills:

• Various financial systems, familiar with data analysis is best.

• Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills, with experience in driving strategic financial projects.

• Able to manage complex priorities in a high-pressure environment, adapting to a rapidly changing industry landscape.

• Others:

• Familiar with investment products (such as self-investment portfolios, structured products, hedge funds, mutual funds, deposits, loans)

• Have cross-regional Chinese collaboration experience and a strong internal network.

• Hold relevant professional qualifications (such as CFA, CFP, FRM) are given priority.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
