<p></p><p><strong>Job responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Provides secretarial support including calendar management, travel scheduling/arrangements, and carrying out any ad hoc tasks if needed.</li><li>Responsible for other administration work: taking notes/minutes at meetings; arranging travel and accommodation etc.</li><li>Plans and schedules meetings, conference calls, high profile offsite or in-house conferences; Coordinates logistics for these meetings</li><li>Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage projects and changing priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 5 years' solid secretarial experience in serving senior executive preferred in banking or insurance industry</li><li>Independent and self-motivated; have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.), digitally, and able to quickly learn enterprise applications.</li></ul>
