Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production in the roast and barbecue department, including marinating, roasting, chopping and plating, etc., to ensure stable product quality and meet the traditional flavor standard

• Strictly follow food safety and sanitation standards, keep the work area, equipment and tools clean and orderly, and regularly participate in cleaning and maintenance

• Support team work, assist other kitchen positions, and flexibly allocate work responsibilities during busy periods or sudden situations

• Have 3 to 5 years of practical work experience in a Hong Kong local roast and barbecue kitchen, familiar with the production process and control of common roasted and grilled flavors (such as char siu, roasted goose, oil chicken, and preserved sausage)

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, understand Cantonese oral instructions and daily camp language, and have basic writing skills to accompany simple recordings

• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa or a work visa acceptable to the Immigration Department's employer sponsorship application

• Health and wellness, able to adapt to high temperatures and long periods of standing work, with good physical strength and concentration

• Monthly salary of HKD 20,000 to 30,000, based on experience and performance, and with a 13-month salary

• Provide free employee meals, daily fresh-made roast and side dishes, ensuring food quality and convenience

• Provide a housing allowance to support employees’ accommodation expenses in the Wan Chai District or nearby areas

• Provide transportation allowance to reduce daily commuting burden between work and home
