Our client is a well-established conglomerate in F&B sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Marketing Manager to join the team. The incumbent will play a crucial role in developing and rolling out marketing strategies according to company's goal to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• The incumbent should be a marketing savvy that acts as the key communicator to drive success of marketing plans with the balance of market needs and company objectives.

• Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.

• Contribute in creative marketing ideas that align with company goals.

• Oversee multiple catering brands with consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and campaigns. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the merchandising operation team to develop and execute marketing programs and promotions. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of activities.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content. Optimize online presence to drive traffic and engagement.

• Coordinate and execute PR events, VIP events, product launches, and promotional activities. Ensure successful execution and measure event outcomes.

• Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Capable to work as an individual contributor as well as working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder in Marketing or Business Studies. Minimum of 8 years of experience in all-round marketing and brand management within food and beverage industry (Must).

• Solid experience (min. 3 years) from Advertising and PR agencies is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly flexible and strong adaptability.

• Innovative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions. Experience from advertising / event management agencies would be an advantage.

• Innovative thinker with strong business sense and analytical mind. Ability to develop creative marketing solutions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
