Dragon Intelligence

Duties:

1. Coordinate and communicate with company business and warehouse personnel, assist in printing in and out warehouse tags, compile in and out goods invoice,;

2. Use warehouse management system, file processing, follow up orders, update system inventory, data input;

3. Use third-party logistics for online shipping operations, assist the team in managing outsourced warehouse and express operations, etc.

Requirements:

1. Second 5 or above; 1 year of experience; Good Cantonese;

2. Good Mandarin is preferred; general English; able to read and write Chinese/English;

3. Understand computer word processing; Understand Microsoft Office; Understand MS Word; Understand MS Excel;

4. Understand English typing; sense of responsibility, diligence, attention to detail, caution, honesty, and punctuality, acceptance of overtime work; immediate employment is preferred.

5. Work hours: Monday to Friday, with about two Saturdays per month required to work
