<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for general administrative work, including processing daily import documents;</p><p>2. Use the company system to input customs declaration information, Excel invoice, scan documents, fee input, and file archiving;</p><p>3. Coordinate and resolve warehouse and mainland colleagues’ problem inquiry matters. </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. More than secondary five, one year of experience;</p><p>2. Good Cantonese; good Mandarin is preferred; general English;</p><p>3. Understand reading and writing in Chinese/English; Understand computer word processing; Understand Microsoft Office; Understand MS Word; Understand MS Excel; Understand English typing;</p><p>4. Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail, caution, honesty, and timeliness, acceptance of overtime work; immediate employment is preferred.</p>
