Responsibilities
ManageHR andadministrative affairs, including recruitment, performance management, corporate culture, training and development, employeerelations, organizing eventand administrative execution.
Recruitment and Talent Channel:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for the Hong Kong companyand other regions.
- Build talent pipelines to support the company’s growth objectives, especially in sales and operations.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to GM on performance review, goal setting, and employee development programs.
Employee Relations management and Compliance:
- Deal with HR issues for HK and other regions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations, as well as regional requirements in Shenzhen, Mainland and Southeast Asia.
HR Operations:
- Oversee payroll, benefits, administration, and other HR operational activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Talent reserve program.
Qualifications
- More than5 yearsofHR experience,ofwhich at least 3 years of management experience in medium-sized Chinesescompanies.
- Extensive HR managerial experience in multinational corporations.Experience working in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of regional labor laws and cultural differences.
- Well-organized,careful, excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.-Full support for the

Main responsibilities:
Manage human resources and administration, leading including talent recruitment, performance management, corporate culture, training and development, employee relations, event planning, and administrative execution, etc.
Recruitment and talent channels:
-Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including job evaluation, finding, interviewing and onboarding talents for Hong Kong companies and other regions, and managing and improving efficiency as well as corporate risk prevention and handling.
-Establish strong talent channels to support the company's growth objectives, particularly in sales and operations.
Performance Management:
-Design and implement a performance management system to improve employee work efficiency and dedication.
-Provide guidance and support to the general manager in performance evaluation, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Employee relations and compliance:
-As the main contact for employee relations issues, ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
-Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as regional requirements in Shenzhen, China and Southeast Asia.
Human resources operations:
-Supervise salary, benefits management and other human resources operations activities.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources records and reports.
-Human resources reserve.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of human resources work experience, with at least 3 years of medium-sized Chinese management experience.
-Rich cross-border company human resources management experience. Have experience working in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, with a deep understanding of local labor laws and cultural differences.
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
-Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in oral and written expression.
