Job Responsibilities

• Assist in handling service renewal management and daily IT operations, including coordinating internal departments and external suppliers on demand and progress follow-up

• Responsible for various IT-related data input, verification and system updates to ensure data accuracy, integrity and timeliness

• Write, update and review IT policies, operational guidelines, service processes, etc. internal documents, and manage them according to the standard

• Receive and respond to IT consultation and service requests from internal and external users, proactively follow up on unresolved items, and ensure issues are properly closed

• Have a diploma, advanced diploma, associate degree or equivalent academic qualifications; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no need to specify work experience

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) operations, those with basic IT system operation concepts are preferred

• Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese, English, and Mandarin, and be able to communicate clearly in three languages; Cantonese is the working language

• Careful and cautious, strong sense of responsibility, independent work ability and basic time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Team player, willing to learn new technologies and processes, and to support departmental temporary assignments or projects
