Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing basic financial record work, such as account registration, invoice sorting and related statement preparation.
• Handle temporary assignments from management, ensuring high efficiency in responding to their various needs.
• Participate in a small amount of field work as needed, such as check delivery, document matching, etc.

• Have relevant administrative or clerical work experience, with the ability to keep accounts.
• Good Chinese and English language and writing communication skills, able to use various office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.), with good Chinese and English input abilities.
• Careful and meticulous, punctual, responsible, able to handle things independently, and with strong organizational and coordination skills and multi-task processing ability.
• Able to adapt to temporary tasks and occasional out-of-office work arrangements.
• Have basic financial knowledge and be able to independently complete basic accounting procedures.

• This is a part-time cooperative nature, hourly billing.
• Generally on Saturday or Sunday, time is flexible and suitable for those who already have flexible or fixed jobs.
• Mainly work in Tseung Kwan O, living in Tseung Kwan O is better.
