Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Greet visiting customers with enthusiasm, actively guide them to their seats, and clearly introduce the restaurant environment, daily special dishes and beverage choices
Proficiently execute the ordering process, provide appropriate dining recommendations based on customer taste and needs, and accurately record and communicate orders to the kitchen and bar
Follow the standard service rhythm to complete the serving, adding drinks, changing tableware, etc. Ensure that each service is timely and professional.
Continuously inspect the area you are responsible for, clean up the desktop immediately, replenish paper towels/spices, and straighten out chairs and stools to maintain smooth service lines and a clean and orderly overall environment
Sensitively detect customers’ non-verbal signals and immediate needs, properly handle general inquiries and minor complaints, and if necessary, coordinate with supervisors to resolve them, and do everything possible to ensure dining experience quality
Work requirements
Have good communication skills, be able to speak fluent Cantonese for daily service conversations, and have basic English and Mandarin conversational skills to cater to diverse customer groups
Appearance is clean and attitude is polite, with a sense of service industry enthusiasm and team spirit, and able to adapt to the fast-paced restaurant environment
No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; those with food and beverage service experience will be given priority
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications
Monthly enjoy 6 days of fixed rest, need to flexibly adjust shifts according to operational needs, and have basic emergency response ability and sense of responsibility
