<p>Duties include:</p><p>Industry research and strategy support</p><p>- In-depth research on the blockchain currency market, with a focus on Bitcoin mining supply chain, BTC/ETH's macro and micro investment logic,</p><p>Stablecoins and billing arbitrage strategies.</p><p>- Continuously track global policies, regulatory dynamics and market trends, providing analytical support for investment decisions.</p><p>- Build and maintain data models, perform quantitative analysis on mining costs, hash rate, on-chain data, and fund flows.</p><p>Investment portfolio and product support</p><p>- Assist in the formulation and optimization of the company's "mining + dollar-cost averaging + arbitrage" investment portfolio allocation scheme.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Customer and market expansion</p><p></p><p>- Assist senior management in customer visits, answering investors’ core questions about the market and strategy.</p><p></p><p>Team collaboration</p><p>- Work closely with research and development, trading, compliance, and operations teams to drive research results into practice.</p><p>- Regular internal sharing to enhance the team's overall industry awareness.</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Education background: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Blockchain-related fields Bachelor's degree or above.</p><p>Professional skills:</p><p>- Familiar with the currency market, especially the Bitcoin mining model, ecosystem and on-chain data analysis.</p><p>- Candidates with experience in asset management, research and development, investment banking, consulting or blockchain company research are preferred.</p><p>- Have data analysis and modeling skills (Excel, Python, R, on-chain data tools).</p><p>Language and expression:</p><p>- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, able to simplify and convey complex research findings to clients.</p><p></p><p>Other requirements:</p><p>- Strong interest and passion for currency, financial innovation, and asset management industry.</p><p>- Sharp thinking, clear logic, and strong stress resistance.</p><p></p><p>Have mining company, exchange, and fund management company work experience.</p><p>Have experience in using on-chain analysis platforms (Glassnode, CryptoQuant, Nansen, etc.).</p><p>Have blockchain-related published articles, research results or public speaking experiences.</p>
