What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies

• Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed

• Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing travel arrangements

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a similar industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive, helpful, and customer-focused attitude

• Safety card and worker registration certificate required

• Immediate availability is preferred
