Main responsibilities•Responsible for handling student and parent sign-up and registration matters•Responsible for handling students and their daily classroom arrangements•Daily administrative work•Answer student and parent inquiries about course information, etc.•Disseminate the latest IG dynamics of the school and assist in answering questions and updating social media as soon as possible• Maintain the dance center's order, tidiness, and image•Assist and cooperate with the choreography teacher in administrative work• Create a cheerful and friendly atmosphere for the center camp•Record video clips of the classroomRequirements·Must understand computer keyboard input method (stroke/pinyin/Cangjie/Simplified)·Good communication skills (Fluent Cantonese, intermediate English, and Mandarin)·Good computer skills (Word/Excel)
