Job Description
- Independently execute pet bathing services, covering mild cleaning, ear canal cleaning, nail trimming, and blow-drying for cats and dogs.
- Based on the pet's breed characteristics, coat condition, and owner's needs, we will design and trim the pet's hair by hand, ensuring that aesthetics and comfort are both taken into account.
- Daily maintenance of store cleanliness and sanitation, including beauty salon, tool sterilization, floor cleaning, pet excretion area cleaning and product display and organization, ensuring compliance with animal welfare and public health standards.
- Assist in pet supplies sales, be able to briefly explain the functions of goods (such as the composition of grooming products, the hair type suitable for combs), recommend suitable options, and complete checkout and packaging and other support work.
- Have a core value of respecting life, be patient and empathetic towards each pet, and prioritize their physical and mental comfort over forced operations.
- Value team collaboration, actively communicate with colleagues on service progress, special cases (such as fear-type dogs) or tool scheduling needs, and jointly maintain service quality and smooth operations.
- High sense of responsibility, able to effectively implement tool disinfection, pet handover confirmation, environmental safety check (such as anti-slip mat fixation, electrical appliance storage) etc. details, reduce the probability of risk occurrence.
- Willing to continue learning basic pet behavior knowledge and grooming skills, able to accept guidance and feedback, and gradually improving hand clipping stability and efficiency.
- Have basic physical fitness, be able to stand for long periods of time, move small and medium-sized dogs, and operate blow-dryers and other equipment, while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
