1. Serve as the first responsible person for the Hong Kong region's renovation engineering site, and fully coordinate and manage construction, safety supervision, progress control, labor and social security, and site order maintenance.

2. Lead construction deployment and process connection, accurately formulate and implement daily, weekly and key node goals, and proactively identify and resolve on-site execution obstacles such as idling, cross-occupancy conflicts, etc.

4. Coordinate the sequence of materials entering the site.

Requirements:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or civil engineering, with 5 to 10 years of on-site construction management experience on large public works projects (such as office buildings, shopping malls, hotels), having independently led the delivery of a complete project.

2. Familiar with the building regulations, fire safety regulations, labor rights protection system and occupational safety and health regulations (OSH) of the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and able to flexibly respond to the compliance gap between the two places.

3. Proficient in basic Cantonese communication language, with good Mandarin and basic English reading and writing abilities, and able to handle engineering files, safety notices and cross-border team coordination and communication.

4. Have high on-site control and execution power, be able to live on the construction site for a long time, adapt to shift work and necessary overtime arrangements, and have stress resistance, resilience and on-the-spot problem-solving abilities.

5. Must meet the legal work qualifications of Hong Kong, and accept applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit.
