<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong><u></u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Own and drive the overall product roadmap, aligning business objectives, client needs, and regulatory requirements</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Act as the key person leading licensing strategy and execution, including preparation of business plans and documentation for SFC submissions</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support or serve as Responsible Officer (RO), ensuring compliance with Type 1 /2/ 4 license conditions and post-licensing obligations</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product flows and features that meet both commercial and regulatory standards</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Liaise with SFC and external advisors during licensing applications, audits, or ad hoc inquiries</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with tech and product teams to ensure platform delivery aligns with regulatory conditions and internal control standards</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Continuously monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on product strategy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong><u></u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>At least 10 years of experience in financial services or fintech, with proven product leadership experience in brokerage or wealth platforms</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>In-depth understanding of SFC licensing and regulatory framework (especially Type 1 and 4)</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Meets SFC’s competence requirements to become an RO (current registration is a plus but not required)</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong experience in managing product lifecycle—from idea to launch to optimization—within a regulated environment</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work across business, compliance, tech, and operations</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute under tight timelines</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>CFA or other relevant professional qualifications preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We offer competitive remuneration package & career prospects to the right candidate.</p>
