Job Description
[Job Responsibilities]
- Process daily operations: Responsible for daily administrative work such as bookkeeping, classroom attendance, tuition collection, and center inventory management.
- Customer service and sales: Greet and welcome parents and students to the school, responsible for answering course inquiries, and introducing and promoting dance courses to potential customers.
- Maintain center order: Assist in maintaining order before and after class, ensuring a clean and safe overall environment.
[Entry Requirements]
- Graduates with a diploma, with at least 1 year of customer service or educational institution work experience are preferred.
- Have good communication skills, be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese with parents, and have basic English and Mandarin abilities.
- Love and patience with children, attention to detail, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Familiar with computer operations and Chinese and English typing.
[Salary and benefits]
- Monthly salary: HK$14,000 – HK$18,000
- Part-time hourly rate: HK$60 – HK$70
