We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Administrator to support our maintenance operations and project administration activities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling service requests, coordinating field engineers, and supporting maintenance and technical service teams—especially in areas related to cloud solutions, IoT systems, and electronic security systems.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth service delivery, fast response to emergency calls, and efficient coordination between customers, internal teams, and on-site engineers.
Responsibilities
Service & Maintenance Coordination
Receive, log, and track service calls from customers (phone, email, or ticketing).
Handle emergency service requests and arrange immediate dispatch of field engineers.
Coordinate with engineers to ensure timely onsite attendance and service completion.
Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Project Administration
Assist project team with documentation.
Prepare and maintain project records, work orders, and service reports.
Support procurement and logistics tasks for project materials.
Technical & Commercial Support
Provide administrative support for cloud, IoT, and security system service teams.
Prepare service quotations, including replacement parts or system upgrade proposals.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and customer reminders.
Maintain customer databases, asset records, and service history logs.
Experience in service administration, project coordination, or technical support roles.
Experience in cloud, IoT, CCTV, access control systems, or related technology fields is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle emergency calls calmly and efficiently.
Detail‑oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Being Able to work independently and able to work under pressure.
Goodcommand of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Professional growth in a fast-evolving tech industry.
