Main Duties

1. Provide primary clinic consultations, addressing a wide range of medical conditions, diseases, and injuries.

2. Conduct thorough health assessments, including obtaining comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations.

3. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, point-of-care testing, and ultrasounds as appropriate.

4. Analyze findings, establish diagnoses, and effectively communicate treatment plans to patients.

5. Prescribe medications and treatments based on recognized clinical guidelines and best practices in Hong Kong.

6. Advise patients on preventative health, including diet, hygiene, and lifestyle modifications.

7. Perform minor surgical procedures and treatments within your authorized scope of practice.

8. Administer vaccinations and manage immunization schedules according to Hong Kong guidelines.

9. Provide support for antenatal/postnatal care and infant development health checks.

10. Refer patients to specialists for further treatment when clinically indicated.

11. Conduct house calls for patients as required by the company.

12. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the clinic system using the SOAP format.

13. Proactively handle assigned administrative tasks and support the clinic license application process as required.

Qualifications

- License/Certification: Must hold a current and valid Annual Practising Certificate from the Medical Council of Hong Kong (Required).

- Business-level English (Cantonese or Japanese is a plus)

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a General Practitioner is preferred.

- A commitment to patient-centered care, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.

Working Conditions

1. Full-time employment

2. 8-hour shifts within 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (shift system)

3. 8 days off per month (shift system)

4. Salary: Based on experience and ability

Note:

- Annual Leave: 14 days. Annual leave yearly increment by 1, to the maximum of 21 days

- Medical insurance coverage once completed probation period

- Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus
