Responsiblitily

1. Assist players, including VIP players across multiple channels, such as in-game message, email, and social media, to increase customer engagement and retention.

2. Ability to read/interpret reports. Analyze user behavior data to identify and resolve anomalies and enhance user engagement.

3. Maintain awareness of project status and conduct surveys to gather user feedback, providing a basis for product optimization and operational decisions.

Requirements:

1. Like to play games, love games, like to help others solve problems.

2. Native or Mother tongue level in English - Must.

3. Experience in building social content – Nice to have.

4. Have good stress resistance and sense of responsibility, good at communication.
