To support our continued business growth, we are seeking a Project & Certification Manager with an engineering or manufacturing background to oversee project & product certification planning, execution, progress monitoring and budgeting - ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the full product development cycle — from concept ideation to final production with certifications.

2. Collaborate closely with customers to understand design intent, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations.

3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, procurement, production, manufacturing and certification partners.

4. Manage product certifications, project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes.

5. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards.

6. Work primarily from the Hong Kong office, with travel to factories in China and overseas for technical coordination, project alignment and quality control.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines.

2. 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with proven exposures of project management & product certifications.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

4. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently liaise effectively with clients and factory teams.

5. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and SolidWorks.

6. Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

7. Experience in working with factories in China and is a strong advantage.

8. Experience in the automotive industry and seats certification is a plus.

9. Willingness to travel to China and overseas.

10. Diligent, responsible, and possess strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit.

To support continued business growth, we are currently seeking a candidate with an engineering or manufacturing background,Project and Certification Manager, responsible for seat project and certification planning, execution, progress follow-up and budget management, ensure the smooth progress and successful delivery of the project and product certification to the customer.

Duties include:

1. Lead the complete product development process - from concept ideation to final mass production and certification;

2. Work closely with customers to understand design intent, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations;

3. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, procurement, production and manufacturing partners;

4. Manage product certification, project budget, progress and resources to ensure the project achieves the best results;

5. Identify cost optimization opportunities and propose efficiency improvement suggestions while maintaining quality;

6. Mainly work in the Hong Kong office and need to travel to Chinese and overseas factories for technical coordination, project matching and quality control;

7. Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering or related fields;

3. Have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to handle multiple projects within a tight deadline;

4. Having excellent leadership, analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, and being able to effectively communicate independently with customers and factory teams;

5. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD and SolidWorks;

6. Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English;

7. Applicants with Chinese factory work experience are preferred;

8. Applicants with automotive industry and seat certification experience are preferred;

9. Acceptable for travel to China and overseas;

10. Hard-working, responsible, with good professional ethics and team spirit.
