<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>212HK – a new pickleball club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Manager to drive growth, expand our market presence, and establish strategic partnerships in Hong Kong. This role focuses on event sales and event management, and is expected to source and manage a steady flow of events during the month.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Event Sales</strong></p><p>- Develop and execute strategies to make 212HK the venue of choice for hosting pickleball and wellness related events.</p><p>- Identify and target new customer segments (e.g., schools, corporations, sporting communities, fitness enthusiasts).</p><p>- Launch creative initiatives such as corporate wellness programs, event sponsorships, and branded merchandise.</p><p><strong>2. Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships</strong></p><p>- Build relationships with local businesses, sports brands, and community organizations to secure events, sponsorships and co-branding opportunities.</p><p><strong>3. Corporate & Community Engagement</strong></p><p>- Design tailored packages for corporate clients (e.g., team-building events, court rentals, league partnerships).</p><p>- Collaborate with schools, NGOs, and government bodies to promote pickleball through workshops and outreach programs.</p><p><strong>4. Marketing & Lead Generation</strong></p><p>- Support digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM) to sell event packages.</p><p>- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine pricing, promotions, and packages.</p><p><strong>5. Event organisation and management </strong></p><p>- Lead the organisation of events, working with suppliers, staff and clients</p><p>- Be responsible for delivering best in class events for clients </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, event management roles; sports/hospitality industry experience preferred.</p><p>- Skills:</p><p> - Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.</p><p> - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
