<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Project team in professional manner, such asproject administration, system data entry</p></li><li><p>Tohandle document submission and correspondencesinternally</p></li><li><p>Tosupport the team of any adhoc matters</p></li><li><p>Provide a full spectrum of office administration duties. Example: procurement of office equipment and supplies, insurance renewal</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Hong Kong office for supporting admin work</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with vendors/suppliers/online shops for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.</p></li><li><p>Perform ad hoc projectsand general admin mattersas required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diplomaor above inany relevantdisciplines</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years relevant working experience</p></li><li><p>Has experience inconstruction / interior design / interior contractingcompany will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence</p></li><li><p>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills</p></li><li><p>Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua</p></li><li><p>Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Experienced in Fitting-out projects</p></li><li><p>Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer</p></li><li><p>Immediate available is highly preferred</p></li></ul>
