Sales Assistant

Your job

-Assist the sales team in contacting potential customers, understanding customer needs and providing basic support

-Follow up customer inquiries, organize sales data and quotations, and ensure information accuracy

-Prepare sales reports and customer data analysis to support sales strategy development

-Collect customer feedback and summarize and report it, and assist in optimizing products and services

-Support market promotion activities, handle administrative and logistics support work

We expect you to have

-Secondary school education or above, fresh graduates or entry-level employees are welcome to apply

-Good communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility, and enjoy interacting with customers

-Interested in digital technology and data analysis, willing to learn New knowledge

-Have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (such as Excel, Word)

-Able to speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), English basic communication skills are good
