Tasks & responsibilities

- To prepare tender submission and subletting works. (Mainly Focus)

-Measurements for Variations, cost estimation, abortive works, etc.

- To prepare quotations on Variations, cost estimation, abortive works, etc.

- To apply and assess payment application.

-Responsible for assisting the team leader / project manager in the management of project including planning, coordination, progress monitoring, sub-contractors supervision, testing andcommissioning.

Qualifications & experience

-Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanicalor related engineering disciplines.

-Minimum6years' provenexperiencein tendering/ MVACproject.

-Well versed in the execution of tender work and MVAC subcontract work, able to work independently for each job duty assigned by the team leader, and good in communication with relevant parties.

-Experience in tenderingis an advantage

-Candidates with less experience or qualifications may be considered for the positions of Engineer.
