<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients</li><li>Preparing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports</li><li>Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions</li><li>Reconciling bank and credit card statements</li><li>Assisting with tax preparation and compliance</li><li>Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role. <strong>1 year of audit experience preferred.</strong></li><li>Basic Accounting Knowledge with a solid understanding of HKFRS, including PE and SME standards.</li><li>Experience or basic knowledge of licensed corporations is an advantage.</li></ul><p>· Proficiency in XERO, Excel, Sage 50, and other commonly used accounting software.</p><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and a strong ability to work effectively as a team player.</li><li>Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about Assistant Accountant and ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
