Position name: Senior Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent sales and customer service to customers, ensuring that each customer has a high-quality shopping experience.

2. Lead and guide team members to execute various tasks, create a positive and uplifting store atmosphere, and push to achieve and exceed the company's set operating targets.

3. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, including the reasonable allocation of human resources, employee training, and goods inventory management, etc.

5. Ensure that communication between the store and the operations department is smooth and effective, and that the company's various policies and standards are effectively enforced.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of retail fashion store management experience, those with multi-store or large-scale retail management experience will be given priority.

2. Have mature human resources management skills, be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and management techniques, and lead the team to grow together.

3. Have the ability to independently solve problems, while valuing team spirit, and being able to complete various tasks with colleagues.

4. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for communication, able to adapt to different language needs in the work environment.

5. Be data-sensitive, have good analytical skills, and be able to formulate corresponding improvement measures based on sales data.
