Job Description
- Responsible for daily administrative support work, including file sorting, data input, meeting scheduling and recording, reception of incoming calls and visitors;
- Assist the supervisor in handling schedule management and itinerary coordination, schedule meetings, travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office software, with basic information system operation skills;
- Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to handle daily communication and document work in both languages;
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, strong time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver on time;
- One or more years of relevant administrative or secretarial work experience, fresh graduates who perform well in their internships may also be considered.
- Provide on-the-job training and professional development support, encourage employees to participate in internal and external further study courses and certification exams;
