Job Description
- Provide expert advice and guidance on MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) schemes to clients, including employers, employees, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct client consultations to assess retirement planning needs and recommend suitable MPF investment strategies based on risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Assist in the setup, administration, and ongoing management of MPF employer accounts and employee enrollment processes.
- Educate clients on MPF regulations, compliance requirements, scheme features, and recent legislative updates through presentations and one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and financial institutions to ensure accurate and timely processing of MPF-related transactions and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional qualifications in financial planning or pensions are advantageous.
- Prior experience in retirement planning, pension services, or financial advisory roles, preferably with in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's MPF system.
- Familiarity with MPF ordinances, regulatory guidelines issued by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA), and compliance procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and deliver clear, accurate information.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to serve a diverse client base.
