Professional skills and language ability<br>- Familiar with Hong Kong medical and beauty industry regulations and market dynamics (such as laser, injection-type project regulatory requirements).<br>- Proficient in Excel, Word, etc. office software, with basic data analysis skills. <br>- Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (MUST).<br>3. Core competencies<br><br>- Strong stress resistance, fast adaptation to high-speed work environment, and flexible response to sudden problems. <br>Requirements <br>1. Education & Experience<br> - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Medical Aesthetics, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. <br> - 5+ years of operations management experience, with at least 3 years in medical aesthetics, high-end skincare, or health management. <br><br>2.Skills & Language Proficiency<br> - Comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong's medical aesthetics regulations and market dynamics (including laser and injectable procedures) .<br> - Foundational skills in data analysis.<br> - Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (MUST)<br><br><br>3.
