Job Description
- Responsible for the overall research and positioning of mathematics courses, combining education policy changes and market trends, conducting systematic research and analysis, and ensuring that course design is forward-looking and practical.
- Coordinate curriculum resource integration work, including teaching materials development, teaching aid design, and application of digital teaching tools, to support teaching teams to implement courses efficiently.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing departments to push courses into different scenarios and iterate them, ensuring that research and development results are effectively transformed into teaching value.
- Have a bachelor's degree or above, mathematics, education or related professional background is preferred, with at least three years of local Hong Kong mathematics teaching or research experience.
- Proficient in Cantonese, with solid Cantonese teaching and expression skills, able to impart abstract mathematical concepts in a clear, vivid, and profound manner.
- Familiar with the Hong Kong primary and secondary school mathematics curriculum system and local education ecology, and have a deep understanding of students’ learning characteristics and parent needs.
- Have the ability to independently set up and promote the teaching and research system, those who have successfully led curriculum development or teaching reform projects are preferred.
- Strong learning and adaptation ability, good at communicating and collaborating, able to effectively integrate cross-departmental resources and push projects to be completed on time and of high quality.
