Job Description
Incoming Product Inspection:
- Perform detailed incoming inspections of all products to ensure compliance with the company’s IQC process and quality standards.
- Document and report any non-conformance found during inspections.
Non-Conformance Reporting and Testing:
- Generate non-conformance reports (NCR) for any quality issues identified during product inspections.
- Setup and conduct product testing to assess compliance with customer and industry requirements.
Collaboration and Issue Resolution:
- Work closely with other teams (such as warehouse, suppliers, and logistics) to resolve quality-related issues, including product defects and shipment delays.
- Collaborate with the QC Manager and other departments to drive continuous process improvement.
Supplier and Quality Issue Management:
- Resolve supplier-related quality control issues, including product defects and delays in shipments.
- Monitor and address issues related to counterfeit detection and product integrity.
Continuous Process Improvement:
- Actively participate in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall quality inspection processes and results.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any ad-hoc warehouse activities or tasks assigned by the QC Supervisor.
