Job Description
- Responsible for providing home delivery services in designated areas such as Yuen Long, Tseung Kwan O, and the North District, following the system's schedule to complete daily delivery tasks on time and ensure that packages are delivered to customers within the promised time frame.
- Show professional attitude and good communication skills to customers, comfort them in time, patiently answer their questions, effectively reduce the complaint rate and maintain the brand image.
- Self-owned, legally registered, and with sufficient cargo space, a cargo van (with a valid driver's license, insurance certificate, and license plate)
- One or more years of local delivery or express delivery experience, those who have executed last-mile delivery for e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, and Pinduoduo are preferred.
- Have basic mobile phone operation skills, be able to use the delivery APP fluently to receive instructions, scan and sign for delivery, upload photos and update delivery status in real time.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliable, able to withstand a certain work rhythm and outdoor work pressure, and accept flexible shift arrangements (including weekend and holiday shifts)
