Duties:

1. Responsible for the daily itinerary of the chairman, assist in arranging overseas trips and work materials;

2. Assist the chairman in coordinating external public relations and conducting business negotiations;

3. Assist the chairman in completing business follow-up, matching and tracking work;

4. Assist the chairman in promoting company business, organize and complete the company's overall business plan;

5. Accompany the chairman to attend reception activities, business travel;

6. Responsible for handling various matters assigned by the chairman on a temporary basis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in the same position;

2. Private equity, securities firms, banks, bond markets, etc. are preferred;

3. Good image and temperament, generous and decent in dealing with others, and excellent learning ability;

4. Outgoing personality, attention to detail, flexible and creative thinking, strong goal-setting and execution ability, and strong social skills are all preferred.
