Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing

• Prepare vouchers and arrange payments

• Manage and oversee daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations

• Manage cash flow and maintain strong banking relationships

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders

• Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance, Labour Laws, MPF regulations, and all statutory filings (e.g., IR56 forms)

• Prepare budgets, monitor actual vs. budget variances, and provide management with financial analysis and recommendations

• Assist in office administration, human resources, and payroll functions

• Follow up on message enquiries and appointment scheduling, providing timely assistance to clients

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Finance and Accounting, with LCCI Level 3 or above qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or auditing experience, preferably in a commercial sector

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

• Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and good time management skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation
