Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality customer service, including assisting customers in selecting pet supplies, answering product-related questions, and providing professional advice.

3. Assist in sales record management, regularly check inventory status and report stockouts, to support logistics replenishment process.

4. Ensure the store environment is clean and safe, and carry out necessary sorting work, such as shelf placement, product label updates, etc.

5. Participate in brand promotion activities or special sales plans, introduce new products or promotional information to customers, and boost sales performance.

Requirements:

1. At least have secondary three education, those with retail industry relevant experience are better, those familiar with the pet supplies market are more popular.

2. Need to have good communication skills and service attitude, and be able to treat each customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.

3. Priority will be given to those with more than two years of front-line sales experience, especially those with a retail background in pet supplies will receive extra points.

4. Be honest, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented, and able to maintain high performance in a fast-paced work environment.

5. Able to work shifts and be available to work on weekends, Sundays or public holidays as required by the company.

Working location: Hong Kong International Airport

Working hours:

11 am to 8 pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

Monday to Sunday, 8-hour work schedule, shift work/holiday
