Platform listing management, order processing, data analysis, promotion activity coordination and customer support

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for e-commerce platform product listing, page optimization and inventory management, ensuring accurate product information, clear images, and professional descriptions, and improving conversion rate and user experience.

• Regularly execute sales and traffic data analysis, covering conversion rate, click-through rate, customer unit price and promotional ROI, etc. key indicators, and output concise reports to support operational decision-making.

• Collaborate with the market and design team to plan and execute platform promotion activities (such as time-limited discounts, buy-one-get-one-free, and holiday special editions), responsible for building activity pages, setting rules, effect monitoring and post-mortem summary.

• Provide instant and professional customer support services, handle inquiries, returns and exchange requests, and complaint coordination, maintain brand image and promote positive review accumulation.

• Fluent Cantonese, with good writing and speaking skills; Mandarin or English as a plus, able to meet diverse customer communication needs.

• Familiar with mainstream e-commerce platform operation logic (such as Shopify, Shopline, Amazon, HKTVmall, etc.), those with basic backend management experience are preferred.

• Have basic data analysis awareness, be able to manipulate data and create charts using Excel; those with experience in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools are preferred.

• Careful and solid, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results within the specified deadline; Have basic problem-solving skills and cross-departmental collaboration awareness.

• Thirteen months' salary and year-end bonuses, based on company performance and individual performance.
