Have 1 to 15 years of public or private fund sales experience, depending on the number of years, different treatment and job levels can be given;</p><p>2. Have mid-to-large securities company branch offices and business departments with senior resources, and if possible, have headquarters senior resources or be able to reach key decision makers;</p><p>3. Have in-depth knowledge of quantitative products and the quantitative fund market landscape, rich institutional roadshow experience, and the ability to effectively organize marketing solutions based on the customer characteristics of different securities firms' business departments, with quantitive fund institutional sales experience and performance support;</p><p>4. Integrity, optimism, and good interpersonal skills are essential for success. Strong self-motivation and execution are also key.</p><p>5. Because of the relationship between this position and its base location, it is necessary to have work experience with local financial licenses such as license 9.</p>
