Responsible for institutional sales in the designated area, with a focus on deepening large and medium-sized securities companies’ brokerage branches, accurately screening and selecting securities/filial branches/brokerage branches that match the company’s quantitative strategies, and using agency sales performance as the evaluation target;</p><p>2. Responsible for the development, maintenance and service of securities companies in the local area/brokerage customers, including customer visits, arranging for investment and research personnel to give roadshows, providing investment advice and market consultation to customers, assisting customers in completing application/redemption transaction procedures, and organizing various lectures, salons, seminars and publicity and promotion activities for specific customers according to the company's arrangements;</p><p>3. Collect and summarize customer and channel feedback information within the region, and promptly feed back new products, new models, and new investment trends to customers;</p><p>4. Responsible for expanding FOF and other institutional customers within the region.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Have 1 to 15 years of public or private fund sales experience, depending on the number of years, different treatment and job levels can be given;</p><p>2. Have mid-to-large securities company branch offices and business departments with senior resources, and if possible, have headquarters senior resources or be able to reach key decision makers;</p><p>3. Have in-depth knowledge of quantitative products and the quantitative fund market landscape, rich institutional roadshow experience, and the ability to effectively organize marketing solutions based on the customer characteristics of different securities firms' business departments, with quantitive fund institutional sales experience and performance support;</p><p>4. Integrity, optimism, and good interpersonal skills are essential for success. Strong self-motivation and execution are also key.</p><p>5.
