Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's cross-border education business development strategy, combining the Greater Bay Area policy and Hong Kong education resources, and promoting the construction and landing of an internationalized curriculum system.</p><p>2. Coordinate resources from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, including schools, governments, and enterprises, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and promote cross-border education projects in multiple campuses/multiple regions. </p><p></p><p></p><p>5. Establish and optimize the home-school communication mechanism, enhance the service experience and satisfaction of families and corporate customers in the Greater Bay Area; participate in high-end customer negotiations, represent the company to showcase and communicate education projects. </p><p></p><p>Entry Requirements:</p><p></p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in education, linguistics, literature, and international education. Relevant professional experience is preferred.</p><p>2. More than 10 years of education industry experience, with at least 5 years of experience in course development, education project management or cross-border education; must be familiar with mainland China's curriculum policies and have learning or work experience in mainland China's education system, be able to deeply understand mainland China's education culture, student pain points and parent demands; those who have successfully implemented mainland China education projects and those who have experience in education projects in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area are preferred.</p><p>3. Proficient in course system construction and standardization process, with matured bilingual / immersion course development capability; able to effectively connect Hong Kong and Mainland China's high-quality education resources. </p><p></p><p>5. Mandarin fluency is a must, those with good Cantonese or English skills are preferred.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
