Job Description
1. Channel expansion and contracting
Establish a goal list and layering (top KOLs, communities, traffic studios, Broker/IB), and continuously output a stable Pipeline.
2. Deal Design and Business Negotiation
3. Partner operations and growth
Collaborate to build a partner operation mechanism: monthly campaign, content rhythm, materials and landing page support, activities/AMA/live broadcast/offline meeting.
4. Data-driven and post-mortem
Track core indicators: FTD/Deposit, trading volume, NGR/Net Income, CAC, ROI, retention, channel quality; output weekly/monthly reports and optimization recommendations.
5. Cross-team collaboration
Collaborate on market/brand/content, products, legal compliance, financial settlement, and customer service operations
Need to have (Requirements)
3–5 years BD / Channel growth / Affiliate / KOL cooperation experience (preferably in: exchange, broker/CFD, fintech, traffic alliance/MCN, trading community ecology)
Effective users, net deposits, trading volume or revenue.
Familiar with collaboration models and indicators: CPA/RevShare/Hybrid, LTV/CAC, Funnel and Retention; understand basic attribution and tracking.
Strong negotiation and contract awareness: able to do Term Sheet, able to negotiate a "budget" into a "results-oriented" approach.
Results-oriented, stress-resistant, and willing to run offline/participate in conferences to expand your network; English is a plus (covering cross-regional partners is more critical).
