<p>- Design personalized fitness plans for customers, provide professional advice, and help them achieve their fitness goals.</p><p>- Guide and supervise customers to perform exercises correctly, regularly evaluate customer progress, and adjust training plans according to needs. </p><p>- Provide fitness consultation and evaluation, conduct one-on-one or one-to-two fitness training, group training, etc. courses. </p><p>- Record customer training data and progress to ensure training effectiveness.</p><p>- Work closely with the club manager to be responsible for fitness facility management and the daily maintenance of the club (including equipment maintenance and cleaning). Ensure that the venue, equipment and supplies are kept safe and in good condition. </p><p>- Create a safe and friendly fitness environment for members, and assist in handling member affairs, processing membership procedures, and participating in membership sales and promotion work. </p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build good relationships with customers and teams. </p><p>- Familiar with various training equipment and techniques, and have knowledge of sports nutrition.</p><p>- Punctuality, diligence, and progressiveness, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude. </p>
