Main responsibilities

2. Special investment process coordination: Responsible for the full process of special investments such as cornerstone investment and IPO, including material preparation, internal and external communication, process follow-up and archiving, and ensuring seamless connections between each stage.

3. Cross-department communication and coordination: As one of the departmental liaison points, efficiently coordinate and communicate and collaborate with internal trading, risk control, compliance, finance and parent company related lines on a daily basis.

4. Process optimization and institutional construction: Participate and drive the continuous optimization of investment management related processes, assist in drafting, updating and perfecting departmental operating procedures and management systems.

5. Comprehensive support: efficiently complete other research and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Basic conditions: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, business management, etc. are preferred. Welcome excellent fresh graduates or those with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Professional skills: Have a basic understanding and strong interest in financial markets; be familiar with Office office software (Excel, PPT are essential); have good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English (the main working language is Chinese, but English files need to be processed).
