Job Description

Work content​

1. Brand business promotion: In-depth study of the company's brand philosophy and business system, professional and comprehensive explanation of brand advantages, business scope and industrial knowledge to travelers who consult at offline counters, and improvement of brand awareness and traveler trust.​

3. Airport service guidance: Proficient in the layout and service information of various airport facilities, provide accurate and clear basic information consultation services to passengers, covering the specific location guidance of facilities such as restrooms, car rental points, currency exchange points, etc., and ensure passengers’ smooth travel.​

Employee requirements

2. Have excellent Chinese and English language skills, with a level of English proficiency equivalent to translation, and those with overseas study experience will be given priority; those with relevant work experience such as English customer service, etiquette reception, exhibition translation, front desk service, etc. will be given priority for employment.​

3. Have in-depth understanding of local tourism resources and scenic spots, and be able to tailor personalized travel advice and itinerary planning based on travelers’ interests, time, etc.​

4. Maintain a positive and collaborative work attitude, and in the process of working with various organizational institutions, showcase your high EQ and good communication and coordination skills, and be good at building and maintaining cooperative relationships.

Job Responsibilities

1. Brand and Business Promotion

Deeply study the brand concepts and business systems of the company. For travelers who consult at offline counters, provide professional and comprehensive explanations of brand advantages, business scopes, and industry knowledge, aiming to enhance brand awareness and travelers' trust.

2. Inbound Tourism Product Marketing

Gain a precise understanding of the company's inbound tourism product lines. Based on the personalized needs of inbound travelers, match and recommend suitable services, and actively promote free half-day tour activities. Keep abreast of the latest preferential policies and product updates, patiently guide travelers in operating the APP, help them quickly familiarize themselves with system functions, and accurately locate travel products and services that meet their needs.

3. Airport Service Guidance

Familiarize yourself with the layout of various airport facilities and service information. Provide travelers with accurate and clear basic information consultation services, including specific location guidance for facilities such as restrooms, car rental points, and currency exchange points, to ensure smooth travel for passengers.

Employee Requirements

1. Uphold correct values, maintain a rigorous and responsible work attitude, and possess efficient learning ability, flexible adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills. Be familiar with national foreign affairs policies, proficient in official reception etiquette, and good at cross-cultural communication, enabling the proper handling of various communication scenarios in multicultural backgrounds.

2. Have excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English, with spoken English reaching translation standards. Candidates with overseas study experience will be given priority; those with relevant work experience in English customer service, ceremonial reception, exhibition translation, front desk service, etc., will be preferred.

3. Have an in-depth understanding of local tourism resources and scenic spots, and be able to formulate personalized travel suggestions and itinerary plans according to travelers' interests, time, and other factors.

4. Have a keen sales sense, master basic report writing skills and data analysis methods, and be able to gain insights into business needs through data to optimize work strategies.

5. Maintain a positive and cooperative work attitude. In the process of cooperating with various organizations, demonstrate high emotional intelligence and good communication and coordination abilities, and be good at establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships.
