Job Description
We’re helping our FI client to look for Secretary to join the team with details as below,
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and logistics support for high-level conferences, business seminars and meetings
- Provide on-site support during events
- Handle general administrative work
- Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language ("Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE). Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- One year's relevant experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Fluent Cantonese; Good command of English and Putonghua
- Need to work outside normal office hours or weekends as and when required
